Emission Statement:
Some parts and components may have an adverse effect on emissions and may not be legal for sale or use in certain jurisdictions. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local, state, and federal laws as needed.
Returns Policy
New Parts: Customers are entitled to initiate a return of a new stocking item for either a refund or exchange, exclusive of any associated shipping expenses, within 30 days from the date of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied if a refund is requested. Returns of items that have been installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted, and no refund or store credit will be issued for such items. Returned items must be in pristine, unused condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please communicate with us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include a copy of the invoice with the returned package. Returns lacking an approved RMA will not be accepted. Please allow 10-14 business days from the date of receipt for the refund to be processed.
Special Order Parts: Special order items, which are not typically stocked, are not eligible for return or refund. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed, and the customer is responsible for settling the outstanding balance upon completion of the order.
Electronic Parts: No returns are accepted for electronic parts, including but not limited to wiring harnesses or adapters.
Used, Take-off, and Marketplace Items: All sales of used, take-off, and marketplace items are final, "as-is," with no refunds or exchanges permitted.
Special Parts, Core Returns, and Service Policy
Special Orders: All special order parts must be fully paid for or require a minimum deposit of 50%. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be granted for any special order or custom build items. We are not liable for delays beyond our control and do not guarantee specific receiving dates for special ordered items. Refusing shipments of special ordered items does not entitle the customer to a refund or modification of this policy.
Refused Items: Shipments that are refused without prior approval will incur an automatic 25% restocking fee, in addition to any relevant shipping costs, applicable only to stocked items. For refused shipments of special ordered items, refer to the Special Orders Policy. Customers are responsible for any reshipment charges if the item needs to be shipped again.
Refunds: Approved returns will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, except in the case of expired credit/debit cards, where refunds will be processed via company check. Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 days but may take up to 30 days.
Core Returns: Items purchased with an eligible core refund must be returned within 30 days. Core returns beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted for a refund. Core returns are subject to inspection, and items not meeting standards will not be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please allow 10-14 days for processing the refund once items are returned. For core returns, include a copy of the original sales receipt in the return package and address it to:

Returns without a copy of the sales receipt in the package shall not be accepted, and the customer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders with Missing or Incorrect Pieces: In the event of missing items, incorrect items, or damage during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will endeavor to rectify and fulfill any such orders within 2 days (special orders excluded) at no additional shipping cost to the customer, if feasible.
Right of Service: Niche Motorsports reserves the right to refuse service, support, or sales to any individual at any time, without providing an explanation, if such action is deemed in the best interest of the business and its customers.
